§1 Personal data controller

The Administrator of your personal data is Rainlabs Services Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kraków (30-510), at Jana Zamoyskiego 24, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000908997, for which registration files are kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Kraków, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and their storage takes place on secure servers.

§2 Purpose and basis of data processing

Your data will be processed in situations where:

• processing is necessary for the purpose of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and for the performance of the contract entered into (Article 6(1)(b) RODO), which includes: participation in the recruitment process to which you apply;

• processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) which include:
  responding to messages and questions from service users; establishing, investigating and defending against potential claims by service users;

• you have consented to the processing of your personal data (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), which includes processing for future recruitment purposes.

§3 Voluntariness of providing personal data

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide some personal data makes it impossible to use the functionalities of the service, in particular refusal to provide data necessary for the recruitment process, including those specified in the Labour Code, makes it impossible to participate in the process. In the event of the provision of data in a scope insufficient for the performance of a given activity, such data shall be immediately deleted.

§4 Recipients personal data

The recipients of the personal data may be entities entitled to obtain the data on the basis of legal regulations, entities providing services to the Administrator on the basis of agreements concluded with him (including entities providing advisory, consulting, legal, tax, accounting assistance, subcontractor suppliers, who provide services to the Administrator on the basis of an agreement concluded with him (e.g. associates employed on the basis of B2B agreements), companies related to the Administrator.

§5 Period of retention of personal data

Your data will be processed by us (I) in connection with your participation in the recruitment process for the duration of the process and, if you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for future recruitment purposes, for a period of 1 year; (II) if you have contacted us in any form, we will process your personal data until we respond to your enquiries; (III) if the processing is based on your consent or the Administrator’s legitimate interest, respectively until you withdraw your consent or as long as our interest exists or until you successfully object to the processing.

Notwithstanding the above, we will process your data until the expiry of the limitation period for potential claims, which is determined by law.

§6 Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data

Any data subject (where we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

§7 Automated decision making

Your personal data is not processed by automated means, including profiling.

§8 Transfer of data to third countries

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

§9 Cookies

Rainlabs.com website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the website recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server which created them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites.
